Dear colleagues,
In view of the current epidemic situation in the world, many scientific meetings have now been postponed to later times. We are concerned about the coronavirus situation and are continuously keeping track of the related information so as to be able to timely postpone our meeting if this becomes inevitable.
At the moment, we have almost five months remaining before the scheduled time of the UHECR2020 Symposium. We strongly hope the situation improves or, at least, the general trend becomes more clear in a month or two. By this reason, we have not yet postponed the Symposium but we will announce our final decision by 17th May 2020, more than three months before the planned date of the meeting. This gives enough time for the participants to register and submit abstracts, to obtain visas, purchase tickets and book hotel rooms in case the Symposium is to be held as planned. We also postpone the early registration date by 24th May, i.e., one week after the final decision.
